This modern studio is located in the beautiful area of the elongated Orlik reservoir, which is fed by the Vltava (Moldau), Otava and Lužnice rivers. The area around Kucer is therefore excellent for hiking, cycling, fishing and boating. Beautiful villages with plenty of entertainment facilities, such as in Tabor, Pisek and Český Krumlov, are less than three minutes away. Plzeň, the birthplace of beer, and Prague the capital of the country are just half an hour from the house. In one of the buildings of the completely renovated farm, four studios / apartments were made between 2006 and 2009. In another part of the farm there is a bar (2009), where breakfast is also served. The large garden with various levels has a beautiful design. There is also a furnished terrace with grill. Children will enjoy the super child-friendly playhouse with safe toys. Further back there is a romantic pond and a rose garden is currently under development. Cars can be parked safely by the house and bikes under cover. This studio is suitable for 3 adults plus 1 small child (crib).

This studio has a dining area, a kitchenette and three single beds. A TV and DVD player are available for a small fee while a radio with CD player is available free of charge (upon request). A highchair is available as well. The kitchenette is equipped with a toaster, mini-oven with 2 hotplates, a coffeemaker and a refrigerator with freezer. A holiday without cooking is also possible: upon request, a traditional breakfast, lunch and evening meals are available at a cozy restaurant in the area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Upon request a crib, changing table and baby buggy are available free of charge. To use a drying rack and iron and ironing board, there is a small fee.

This studio is located near Orlik Lake which offers excellent opportunities to fish for catfish, zander, carp and pike. You can also fish in one of the many rivers (with a license). The landlord offers a special arrangement (see conditions). The whole area is picturesque with lots of historic monuments - the perfect setting for plenty of memorable photographs. South Bohemia has beautiful forests, rivers and lakes. It is ideal for cycling (bikes can be rented from the owner). There are many lakes suitable for swimming and some are large enough to go sailing. There is a 12 km long ferry connection between the castle of Orlik and the castle of Zvíkov. Wtihin a short drive you can visit beautiful cities and castles like the white castle of Hluboká, the cities of Tabor, Pisek and Český Krumlov, the red castle of Červená Lhota which is completely surrounded by water (a must see), and the cities of Ceske Budejovice and Strakonice.
